The machined mold parts need to be accurately assembled to ensure the alignment and accuracy of the components. Adjustments and optimizations may be required during assembly to ensure the overall functionality and durability of the mold. Once assembled, the mold needs to be tuned to ensure its performance during the actual stamping process. This may include adjusting the die clearance, testing the press force and checking the quality of the stamped part. The die is run on the actual stamping equipment to check the dimensions and quality of the stamped parts. Depending on the results of the mold trial, further adjustments and optimization of the mold may be required. After the mold debugging is completed, mass production can start. During the production process, strict quality control is required to ensure that the stamped parts meet the design specifications and quality standards. During the use of the mold, regular maintenance and repair is required to maintain its performance and prolong its service life.
